- 1/4 cup quinoa, cooked
- 1 tablespoon slivered almonds
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/2 banana mashed
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon organic maple syrup
- Combine all ingredients in a two quart saucepan.
- Heat on medium-low, stirring until the quinoa has soaked up the liquid and the dried fruit has plumped up. Add more milk if needed until reaching the desired consistency.
