Mango Salsa I

adapted from recipe by Joanna Tennison

  • 1/2 avocado, diced
  • 1/3 cup mango, diced
  • 1/3 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 shallot, diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  1. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for a few hours to allow flavors to meld.
