- 2 pounds ground pork
- 2 teaspoons dried sage
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 pinch ground cloves
Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix very well, using your hands. Form into patties and fry in a little coconut oil or ghee, if desired, or brown and crumble in a skillet and use in a recipe, like my Whole30 Breakfast Bake with Sausage, Eggs, Spinach, and Mushrooms.
Freezes well, especially in patties.
