Fresh Tzatziki

  • 1/3 cup(s) plain low fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/8 cup(s) English cucumber(s), diced (2 Tbsp)
  • 1 Tbsp uncooked red onion(s)
  • 1 Tbsp dill, or mint leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 pinch table salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper, freshly ground

  1. Stir all ingredients together.
  2. Keep refrigerated until serving.
