- 1/2 cup fat-free plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 tbsp spiced seasoning mix, ranch variety
- 1 tsp chives, minced
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 cup sweet red peppers, or other bell peppers, cut into strips
- Combine yogurt with seasoning mix.
- Thin out with water, if desired.
- Garnish with chives and black pepper.
- Serve with bell peppers.
