Greek Yogurt Ranch Dip

  • 1/2 cup fat-free plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp spiced seasoning mix, ranch variety
  • 1 tsp chives, minced
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 cup sweet red peppers, or other bell peppers, cut into strips

  1. Combine yogurt with seasoning mix.
  2. Thin out with water, if desired.
  3. Garnish with chives and black pepper.
  4. Serve with bell peppers.
