- 1 cup almond butter
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup coconut milk, full fat
- 2 cups unsweetened, shredded coconut
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp coconut sap or honey
- paper muffin liners
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Line a muffin tin with liners.
- Combine all ingredients and pout into muffin tin.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
