Almond Muffins

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup coconut milk, full fat
  • 2 cups unsweetened, shredded coconut
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp coconut sap or honey
  • paper muffin liners
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Line a muffin tin with liners.
  3. Combine all ingredients and pout into muffin tin.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes.
