- 1/2 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp Dijon or homemade mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- Whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl except the olive oil.
- Slowly drizzle the olive oil over while whisking constantly.
- Season to taste with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
