Honey Mustard Vinaigrette

  • 1/2 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Dijon or homemade mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
  1. Whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl except the olive oil.
  2. Slowly drizzle the olive oil over while whisking constantly.
  3. Season to taste with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
