- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 c. rolled oats
- 1 1/2 c. almond milk
- 1 c. water
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- optional toppings: milk, maple syrup, banana, tasted nuts, etc.
- Turn Instant Pot on Saute mode and add coconut oil to the Instant Pot. When heated, add the oats and toast for three minutes, stirring often, until frangrant.
- Add milk, water, salt, and cinnamon.
- Cook on high pressure for three minutes.
- Quick release the steam.
- Serve with desired toppings.
