Instant Pot Oatmeal

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 c. rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 c. almond milk
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • optional toppings: milk, maple syrup, banana, tasted nuts, etc.

  1. Turn Instant Pot on Saute mode and add coconut oil to the Instant Pot. When heated, add the oats and toast for three minutes, stirring often, until frangrant.
  2. Add milk, water, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. Cook on high pressure for three minutes.
  4. Quick release the steam.
  5. Serve with desired toppings.
