Sour Cream Pound Cake

  • 2 sticks butter
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 3 cups plain flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Place flour, sugar, butter, sour cream, and vanilla in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mix on low setting and add egg one at a time.
  4. One mixture is complete, pour into a greased bundt pan.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes at 325.
  6. Then reduce heat to 300 and bake for 45 minutes or until done.
