- 2 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups Parmesan, grated
- salt & pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 2 tsp lemon zest
- 12 tbsp unsalted butter
- 6 tbsp jerk seasoning
- Stir the cream and lemon juice in a large skillet to blend.
- Over medium heat, add the butter and stir until heated throughout.
- Add the Parmesan to the mixture in the skillet.
- Add lemon zest, jerk seasoning, salt and pepper.
