Jerk Alfredo Sauce

  • 2 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups Parmesan, grated
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tsp lemon zest
  • 12 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 6 tbsp jerk seasoning

  1. Stir the cream and lemon juice in a large skillet to blend.
  2. Over medium heat, add the butter and stir until heated throughout.
  3. Add the Parmesan to the mixture in the skillet.
  4. Add lemon zest, jerk seasoning, salt and pepper.
