Hashbrown Casserole

  • 1 bag Ore-Ida shredded hash browns
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup dried onion
  • salt & pepper, to taste

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Thaw the hash browns for an easier mixing.
  3. Mix all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl (or mixer).
  4. Once mixed well, place in a rectangle casserole dish (sprayed with
    cooking spray).
  5. Cook for 45 minutes or until browned on top.
