- 1 bag Ore-Ida shredded hash browns
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup dried onion
- salt & pepper, to taste
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Thaw the hash browns for an easier mixing.
- Mix all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl (or mixer).
- Once mixed well, place in a rectangle casserole dish (sprayed with
cooking spray). - Cook for 45 minutes or until browned on top.
