- 1 pound green beans, ends trimmed
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon honey
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium high heat and toss the green beans to coat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and cook about 5 minutes until the beans start to char a little.
Add the garlic and continue sauteing another minute or two until the garlic is fragrant. Drizzle with the honey and serve.
