- 24 ounces white chocolate candy park
- 2 cups dry roasted peanuts
- 2 cups pretzel sticks, broken
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- Using a double boiler {or a bowl placed over a sauce pan simmering 1-inch of water}, slowly melt the white chocolate. Mix until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine peanuts, pretzels, and marshmallows.
- Slowly pour the chocolate over the mixture. Stir evenly to coat.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto parchment paper. Cool in refrigerator for 20 minutes until hard.
