White Chocolate Candy Clusters

  • 24 ounces white chocolate candy park
  • 2 cups dry roasted peanuts
  • 2 cups pretzel sticks, broken
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows

  1. Using a double boiler {or a bowl placed over a sauce pan simmering 1-inch of water}, slowly melt the white chocolate. Mix until smooth.
  2. In a large bowl, combine peanuts, pretzels, and marshmallows.
  3. Slowly pour the chocolate over the mixture. Stir evenly to coat.
  4. Drop by spoonfuls onto parchment paper. Cool in refrigerator for 20 minutes until hard.
