Classic Chili

  • one pound lean ground beef or turkey
  • one package McCormick Chili Seasoning Mix
  • 1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can chili beans
  1. Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Drain fat.
  3. Stir in Seasoning Mix, tomatoes and beans. Bring to boil.
  4. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve with assorted toppings, if desired.
