- 1/4 cup champagne vinegar
- 1 can tomato paste
- 3 tbsp paleo mayo
- 1 medium garlic clove
- 1/4 medium onion, chopped [about 1/4 cup]
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- Put all ingredients except the oil in a blender and blend until smooth. Slowly stream in the olive oil and continue blending until combined. Season to taste with salt and pepper and store in a jar in the refrigerator for up to a week.
