Paleo French Dressing

  • 1/4 cup champagne vinegar
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 3 tbsp paleo mayo
  • 1 medium garlic clove
  • 1/4 medium onion, chopped [about 1/4 cup]
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  1. Put all ingredients except the oil in a blender and blend until smooth. Slowly stream in the olive oil and continue blending until combined. Season to taste with salt and pepper and store in a jar in the refrigerator for up to a week.
