- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- i hot chili, minced and seeded
- 1 tbsp honey
- sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl or jar and whisk well together. Season to taste with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
