- 1 tbsp homemade or Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp chili powder
- juice and zest of one orange
- sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl or jar and whisk well together. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.
