Orange Chicken Marinade

  • 1 tbsp homemade or Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • juice and zest of one orange
  • sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl or jar and whisk well together. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.
