Avocado Toast

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • fresh bread
  • lemon
  • sea salt
  • paprika
  • extra virgin olive oil (optional)
  1. After you pit and scoop out the avocados, mash them in a bowl, add about a teaspoon of salt, and the juice of 1/2 a lemon.  Continue to mash until the avocados are smooth and creamy.
  2. Slice the bread.  Toast, if preferred.
  3. Sprinkle paprika on top and serve with extra virgin olive oil.
