Morning Detox Cocktail

  • 1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 2 ounces water
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • dash of cayenne

  1. Mix all ingredients and drink (warm or cold).
