- one 2-3 ounce package of tuna
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1/2 avocado, diced
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup tomato, diced [optional]
- Mix all ingredients together and enjoy as is or over a bed of leafy greens. If not serving right away, add avocado just before eating.
