A great marinade for thin cuts of steak. Marinate your steak for an hour in the marinade before grilling of frying them.
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 4 scallions, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp honey
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl or jar and whisk well together. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.
