Hydrating Paleo Smoothie

  • 1 cup frozen mangoes
  • 1 cup, cold 100% coconut water
  • 1 cup 100% pure coconut [or almond] milk
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  1. Blend all ingredients until combined. About 1-2 minutes.
