Sautéed Snow Peas

  • 3 cups snow/sugar snap peas
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • spices to taste
  1. Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat
  2. Add oil and swirl around the pan.
  3. Add minced garlic and spices, stirring constantly for one minute.
  4. Add peas and stir frequently for 3-4 minutes or until peas are just starting to soften but are still crisp-tender.
