- 3 cups snow/sugar snap peas
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- spices to taste
- Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat
- Add oil and swirl around the pan.
- Add minced garlic and spices, stirring constantly for one minute.
- Add peas and stir frequently for 3-4 minutes or until peas are just starting to soften but are still crisp-tender.
