- one bag shredded cabbage
- one green apple, cored and diced
- one green bell pepper, diced
- one yellow bell pepper, diced
- one cup shredded carrots
- one cup pineapple, diced
- half of a red onion, diced
- one zucchini, spiralized and chopped
- one cup apple cider vinegar
- one or two packets of stevia, to taste
Mix all ingredients together and serve immediately or let flavors meld in the refrigerator for a few hour before serving. Lasts for up to a week when stored in an air tight container in the refrigerator.
