- 1 head cauliflower, chopped
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Put the cauliflower in a food processor and chop until the pieces are roughly the size of rice grains.
- Place a tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and add the cauliflower after the oil is hot.
- Add a pinch of salt and pepper and cook for 5-10 minutes or until soft.
