Cornbread

  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups self rising corn meal
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp oil

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix egg, sugar, oil and cornmeal.
  3. Add buttermilk until texture becomes doughy and light.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until top is lightly brown.
